Q: How do you Amplify the career-driven women around you?

A: Amplifying career driven women around me is my purpose in life, I do that everyday not just through selective actions, but only to list a few:

I create valuable & empowering content for women whether on my Linkedin profile or my coaching instagram account (@Coachyyehia) – my main goal from day one is to empower women in their careers & lives, not to generate leads, not to bring business, not to even be famous! I guess this is what makes me authentic!
I volunteer with my time & efforts in different projects & initiatives & events, specifically those who are targeting women through sessions, workshops, career coaching & mentorship
My first two rounds in my returnship program “Returning Elle” were completely free, zero cost because I really wanted to make an impact
I CHEER for other women when they succeed or achieve or excel – whether on Linkedin or on social media or even a phone call singing happily celebrating their successes! Every woman needs a support circle of other women who feel her to celebrate her in life and I think we need to have more of this
I try my best to walk the talk, to role model & champion everything I stand for in life so I can truthfully inspire and influence
I chose empowerment coaching as a niche because I wanted to amplify other women and give them the tools they need to rise even higher in their careers

I can go on and on with this topic because my heart is truly there 🙂

Yasmine is a certified employer branding & personal branding professional, she currently leads employer branding globally for a multinational company, very passionate about personal branding as it was her anchor and arm throughout her whole career, she is a LinkedIn expert, being a premium user on it since 2000 and creating content since, Yasmine was able to be a heard voice on the platform. she is the first to develop an employer branding course that is locally created in Egypt by her and that is practical & hands on, currently teaching it across MEA region and one of the leading trainers & coaches in personal branding who helped hundreds of employees, leaders and entrepreneurs build powerful, authentic personal brands. Lastly, she is an empowered woman who became a single mother at the age of 28 and was always independent and leading a successful empowered life, her mission and purpose is to empower other women find their inner strengths and lead the life they deserve & desire.
