Q: How do you Amplify the career-driven women around you?

A: Our success at Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is underpinned by our focus on diversity and inclusion. Though good progress has been made with women now representing 40% of our workforce, we have much more to achieve.

We’ve constructed our company policies around supporting women who seek to balance family and career responsibilities. The results have been very positive.

By making gender balance a core priority, we are building a stronger, more competitive workplace for the future. I’d go as far to say we’ve seen the success so far largely because of it.

Our next key focus is on ensuring more representation for women in executive leadership, breaking through the middle management plateau and offering more equal opportunities for growth. Women have and continue to play a large part in RTG’s growth, past, present and future.
